Who deploys the floor scrubbing robot on delivery?

Our team organises the on-site installation and commissioning of the robot as part of the delivery process. Cleaning-route programming is entirely on us: you have nothing to configure.

Is support available across the EU, or only in France?

Support is European: delivery and deployment are organised across the EU, and technical support is engineered by our French team, with a single, structured point of contact for every customer. That is the structural difference versus a direct import from China or an online purchase with no organised follow-up.

What happens if the robot breaks down?

You contact our team, who qualify the issue and organise the appropriate intervention. We do not communicate a guaranteed intervention time until it has been contractualised with you at the quoting stage: the exact scope of support (response times, coverage) is confirmed as part of the contract. Every C40 ships with a 24-month warranty.

Is route programming billed separately?

No. Initial programming (zones to clean, schedules, site mapping) is part of the deployment and is entirely on us, included at no extra cost.
